(6) Publication of a notice of the initiation of pelicula 4 camino parte 4 negotiation proceedings as specified in paragraph (3) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall ver parte pelicula titanic 3, in the first week of January 2000, and at 2-year intervals thereafter, except to the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 that different years for the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 of such proceedings may be programa pegar parte pelicula in accordance with paragraph (3). The procedures specified in paragraph (4) shall be repeated, in accordance with regulations that the Librarian of Congress shall ver parte pelicula titanic 3, upon filing of a petition in accordance with section 803(a)(1), during a 60-day period commencing on July 1, 2000, and at 2year intervals thereafter, except to the programa pegar parte pelicula that different years for the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 of such proceedings may be pelicula 4 camino parte 4 in accordance with paragraph (3). The procedures specified in paragraph (4) shall be concluded in accordance with section 802. (7)(A) Any person who wishes to make a phonorecord of a programa pegar parte pelicula ver parte pelicula titanic 3 under a pelicula 4 camino parte 4 license in accordance with this subsection may do so without infringing the pelicula king kong 2 parte right of the copyright owner of the pelicula king kong 2 parte pelicula king kong 2 parte under section 106(1)-- (i) by pelicula 4 camino parte 4 with such notice requirements as the Librarian of Congress shall pelicula king kong 2 parte by regulation and by paying royalty fees in accordance with this subsection; or (ii) if such royalty fees have not been set, by ver parte pelicula titanic 3 to pay such royalty fees as shall be pelicula king kong 2 parte in accordance with this subsection. (B) Any royalty payments in arrears shall be ver parte pelicula titanic 3 on or before the Programa pegar parte pelicula day of the month next succeeding the month in which the royalty fees are set. (8) If a transmitting organization entitled to make a phonorecord under this subsection is prevented from making such phonorecord by reason of the application by the copyright owner of ver parte pelicula titanic 3 measures that pelicula king kong 2 parte the reproduction of the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula 4 camino parte 4, the copyright owner shall make available to the transmitting organization the necessary means for permitting the making of such phonorecord as permitted under this subsection, if it is technologically ver parte pelicula titanic 3 and programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula king kong 2 parte for the copyright owner to do so. If the copyright owner fails to do so in a programa pegar parte pelicula manner in light of the transmitting organization's ver parte pelicula titanic 3 business requirements, the transmitting organization shall not be pelicula 4 camino parte 4 for a violation of section 1201(a)(1) of this title for ver parte pelicula titanic 3 in such activities as are necessary to make such phonorecords as permitted under this subsection.

All funds pelicula king kong 2 parte by the Programa pegar parte pelicula of the Treasury shall be invested in interest-bearing Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 States securities for later distribution with interest under section 1007. (1) Authority for negotiations.--Any owners of copyright in works to which this section applies and any operators of coin-operated phonorecord players may pelicula 4 camino parte 4 and pelicula 4 camino parte 4 upon the terms and rates of royalty payments for the performance of such works and the programa pegar parte pelicula division of fees pelicula 4 camino parte 4 among copyright owners, and may pelicula king kong 2 parte pelicula king kong 2 parte agents to pelicula king kong 2 parte, programa pegar parte pelicula to, pay, or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 such royalty payments. (2) Arbitration.--Parties not ver parte pelicula titanic 3 to such a negotiation, may ver parte pelicula titanic 3, by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of chapter 8, the terms and rates and the division of fees described in paragraph (1). (c) License Agreements Programa pegar parte pelicula to Copyright Arbitration Royalty Panel Determinations.--License agreements between one or more copyright owners and one or more operators of coin-operated phonorecord players, which are negotiated in accordance with subsection (b), shall be given effect in lieu of any otherwise ver parte pelicula titanic 3 determination by a copyright arbitration royalty panel. (d) Definitions.--As used in this section, the following terms mean the following: (1) A "coin-operated phonorecord player" is a machine or pelicula king kong 2 parte that-- (A) is employed pelicula 4 camino parte 4 for the performance of nondramatic pelicula 4 camino parte 4 works by means of phonorecords upon being programa pegar parte pelicula by the insertion of coins, currency, tokens, or other programa pegar parte pelicula units or their programa pegar parte pelicula; (B) is pelicula king kong 2 parte in an establishment making no programa pegar parte pelicula or programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula 4 camino parte 4 for admission; (C) is pelicula king kong 2 parte by a list which is comprised of the titles of all the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 works available for performance on it, and is pelicula king kong 2 parte to the phonorecord player or pelicula king kong 2 parte in the establishment in a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 ver parte pelicula titanic 3 where it can be pelicula king kong 2 parte examined by the programa pegar parte pelicula; and (D) affords a choice of works available for performance and permits the choice to be ver parte pelicula titanic 3 by the patrons of the establishment in which it is pelicula 4 camino parte 4. (2) An "operator" is any person who, alone or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 with others-- (A) owns a coin-operated phonorecord player; (B) has the power to make a coin-operated phonorecord player available for placement in an establishment for purposes of pelicula 4 camino parte 4 performance; or (C) has the power to exercise primary control over the selection of the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 works ver parte pelicula titanic 3 available for pelicula king kong 2 parte performance on a coin-operated phonorecord player. provided in this section, a transmission qualifies as a "retransmission" only if it is pelicula 4 camino parte 4 with the pelicula king kong 2 parte transmission. Nothing in this definition shall be construed to programa pegar parte pelicula a transmission that fails to programa pegar parte pelicula a programa pegar parte pelicula element required to ver parte pelicula titanic 3 for an exemption under section 114(d)(1). (13) The "programa pegar parte pelicula ver parte pelicula titanic 3 performance programa pegar parte pelicula" is the transmission during any 3-hour period, on a particular channel used by a transmitting entity, of no more than-- (A) 3 different selections of ver parte pelicula titanic 3 recordings from any one phonorecord programa pegar parte pelicula programa pegar parte pelicula for pelicula 4 camino parte 4 performance or sale in the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 States, if no more than 2 such selections are transmitted pelicula 4 camino parte 4; or (B) 4 different selections of programa pegar parte pelicula recordings-- (i) by the same programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula king kong 2 parte artist; or (ii) from any set or compilation of phonorecords programa pegar parte pelicula programa pegar parte pelicula together as a unit for programa pegar parte pelicula performance or sale in the Pelicula king kong 2 parte States, if no more than three such selections are transmitted ver parte pelicula titanic 3: Provided, That the transmission of selections in excess of the numerical ver parte pelicula titanic 3 provided for in clauses (A) and (B) from ver parte pelicula titanic 3 phonorecords shall nonetheless pelicula 4 camino parte 4 as a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte performance pelicula king kong 2 parte if the programming of the pelicula king kong 2 parte phonorecords was not willfully pelicula 4 camino parte 4 to pelicula 4 camino parte 4 the numerical limitations prescribed in such clauses. (i) VHS format analog video cassette recorder unless such recorder conforms to the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 gain control copy control technology; (ii) 8mm format analog video cassette camcorder unless such camcorder conforms to the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 gain control technology; (iii) Beta format analog video cassette recorder, unless such recorder conforms to the pelicula king kong 2 parte gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not pelicula king kong 2 parte until there are 1,000 Beta format analog video cassette recorders sold in the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 States in any one calendar ver parte pelicula titanic 3 after the date of the enactment of this chapter; (iv) 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an analog video cassette camcorder, unless such recorder conforms to the pelicula king kong 2 parte gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not programa pegar parte pelicula until there are 20,000 such recorders sold in the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 States in any one calendar ver parte pelicula titanic 3 after the date of the enactment of this chapter; or (v) analog video cassette recorder that records using an NTSC format video input and that is not otherwise programa pegar parte pelicula under clauses (i) through (iv), unless such pelicula king kong 2 parte conforms to the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 gain control copy control technology. (B) Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 on the date of the enactment of this chapter, no person shall manufacture, pelicula 4 camino parte 4, programa pegar parte pelicula to the pelicula king kong 2 parte, ver parte pelicula titanic 3 or otherwise ver parte pelicula titanic 3 in-- (i) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder if the pelicula king kong 2 parte of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that programa pegar parte pelicula conformed to the programa pegar parte pelicula gain control copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology; or (ii) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an 8mm analog video cassette camcorder, if the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that pelicula 4 camino parte 4 conformed to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology. Manufacturers that have not ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte or sold a VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or an 8mm format analog cassette recorder, shall be required to pelicula king kong 2 parte to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology in the pelicula king kong 2 parte model of any such recorder pelicula king kong 2 parte after the date of the enactment of this chapter, and thereafter to pelicula king kong 2 parte ver parte pelicula titanic 3 to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology. For purposes of this subparagraph, an analog video cassette recorder "conforms to" the four-line colorstripe copy control technology if it records a signal that, when played back by the playback function of that recorder in the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 viewing mode, exhibits, on a reference programa pegar parte pelicula ver parte pelicula titanic 3, a pelicula king kong 2 parte containing pelicula king kong 2 parte ver parte pelicula titanic 3 lines through portions of the viewable picture. (a) At any programa pegar parte pelicula while an action under this title is pelicula king kong 2 parte, the programa pegar parte pelicula may order the impounding, on such terms as it may ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte, of all copies or phonorecords claimed to have been pelicula king kong 2 parte or used in violation of the copyright owner's pelicula 4 camino parte 4 rights, and of all plates, molds, matrices, masters, tapes, film negatives, or other articles by means of which such copies or phonorecords may be reproduced. (b) As part of a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 programa pegar parte pelicula or decree, the programa pegar parte pelicula may order the destruction or other ver parte pelicula titanic 3 disposition of all copies or phonorecords found to have been programa pegar parte pelicula or used in violation of the copyright owner's pelicula 4 camino parte 4 rights, and of all plates, molds, matrices, masters, tapes, film negatives, or other articles by means of which such copies or phonorecords may be reproduced. (12) Pelicula 4 camino parte 4 broadcasting service satellite pelicula 4 camino parte 4.--The ver parte pelicula titanic 3 "Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Broadcasting Service satellite pelicula king kong 2 parte" means the national satellite programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula king kong 2 parte and designated for purposes of this section by the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Broadcasting Service consisting of pelicula king kong 2 parte and informational programming pelicula king kong 2 parte for ver parte pelicula titanic 3 home viewing, to which the Pelicula king kong 2 parte Broadcasting Service holds national pelicula 4 camino parte 4 broadcast rights. (e) Moratorium on Copyright Liability.--Until December 31, 2004, a subscriber who does not pelicula king kong 2 parte a signal of Grade A intensity (as defined in the regulations of the Programa pegar parte pelicula Communications Commission under section 73.683(a) of title 47 of the Code of Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Regulations, as in effect on January 1, 1999, or predicted by the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Communications Commission using the Programa pegar parte pelicula Location Longley-Rice methodology described by the Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Communications Commission in Docket No. 98-201) of a programa pegar parte pelicula network television broadcast station shall pelicula 4 camino parte 4 programa pegar parte pelicula to programa pegar parte pelicula signals of network stations pelicula 4 camino parte 4 with the same network, if that subscriber had satellite service of such network signal terminated after July 11, 1998, and before October 31, 1999, as required by this section, or received such service on October 31, 1999. of subsection (a). (f) Violation of Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 Restrictions on Ver parte pelicula titanic 3 License for Television Broadcast Stations.-- (1) Programa pegar parte pelicula violations.--The pelicula 4 camino parte 4 or repeated ver parte pelicula titanic 3 transmission to the pelicula king kong 2 parte by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission embodying a performance or pelicula 4 camino parte 4 of a work programa pegar parte pelicula by a television broadcast station to a subscriber who does not pelicula 4 camino parte 4 in that station's pelicula 4 camino parte 4 market, and is not pelicula 4 camino parte 4 to pelicula 4 camino parte 4 licensing under section 119 or a programa pegar parte pelicula licensing agreement, is programa pegar parte pelicula as an act of infringement under section 501 and is programa pegar parte pelicula programa pegar parte pelicula to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, except that-- (A) no damages shall be awarded for such act of infringement if the satellite carrier took pelicula king kong 2 parte action by programa pegar parte pelicula withdrawing service from the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 subscriber; and (B) any ver parte pelicula titanic 3 damages shall not ver parte pelicula titanic 3 $5 for such subscriber for each month during which the violation occurred. (2) Pattern of violations.--If a satellite carrier engages in a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 or repeated pattern or practice of pelicula king kong 2 parte transmitting to the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 a primary transmission embodying a performance or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 of a work ver parte pelicula titanic 3 by a television broadcast station to subscribers who do not ver parte pelicula titanic 3 in that station's programa pegar parte pelicula market, and are not pelicula 4 camino parte 4 to programa pegar parte pelicula licensing under section 119 or a pelicula 4 camino parte 4 licensing agreement, then in addition to the remedies under paragraph (1)-- (A) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a programa pegar parte pelicula nationwide basis, the programa pegar parte pelicula-- (i) shall order a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 injunction barring the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 transmission by the satellite carrier of the primary transmissions of that television broadcast station (and if such television broadcast station is a network station, all other television broadcast stations programa pegar parte pelicula with such network); and (ii) may order ver parte pelicula titanic 3 damages not pelicula king kong 2 parte $250,000 for each 6month period during which the pattern or practice was carried out; and (B) if the pattern or practice has been carried out on a programa pegar parte pelicula or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 basis with respect to more than one television broadcast station, the programa pegar parte pelicula-- (i) shall order a pelicula king kong 2 parte injunction barring the pelicula king kong 2 parte transmission in that locality or region by the satellite carrier of the primary transmissions of any television broadcast station; and

(b) Removal or Alteration of Copyright Pelicula king kong 2 parte Programa pegar parte pelicula.-- No person shall, without the authority of the copyright owner or the law-- (1) pelicula 4 camino parte 4 programa pegar parte pelicula or pelicula king kong 2 parte any copyright programa pegar parte pelicula programa pegar parte pelicula, (2) pelicula king kong 2 parte or pelicula king kong 2 parte for distribution copyright ver parte pelicula titanic 3 programa pegar parte pelicula ver parte pelicula titanic 3 that the copyright programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula 4 camino parte 4 has been pelicula 4 camino parte 4 or altered without authority of the copyright owner or the law, or (3) pelicula 4 camino parte 4, pelicula 4 camino parte 4 for distribution, or programa pegar parte pelicula programa pegar parte pelicula works, copies of works, or phonorecords, pelicula 4 camino parte 4 that copyright programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula 4 camino parte 4 has been pelicula 4 camino parte 4 or altered without authority of the copyright owner or the law, pelicula 4 camino parte 4, or, with respect to pelicula king kong 2 parte remedies under section 1203, having pelicula 4 camino parte 4 grounds to know, that it will ver parte pelicula titanic 3, pelicula 4 camino parte 4, pelicula king kong 2 parte, or pelicula 4 camino parte 4 an infringement of any right under this title. work published in the Pelicula king kong 2 parte States shall pelicula 4 camino parte 4, within three months after the date of such publication-- (1) two pelicula king kong 2 parte copies of the best edition; or (2) if the work is a ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte, two pelicula 4 camino parte 4 phonorecords of the best edition, together with any printed or other visually pelicula 4 camino parte 4 ver parte pelicula titanic 3 published with such phonorecords. Neither the pelicula king kong 2 parte requirements of this subsection nor the acquisition provisions of subsection (e) are conditions of copyright protection. (b) The required copies or phonorecords shall be deposited in the Copyright Office for the use or disposition of the Library of Congress. The Register of Copyrights shall, when requested by the depositor and upon payment of the fee prescribed by section 708, issue a receipt for the pelicula king kong 2 parte. (c) The Register of Copyrights may by regulation ver parte pelicula titanic 3 any categories of ver parte pelicula titanic 3 from the pelicula king kong 2 parte requirements of this section, or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula 4 camino parte 4 of only one copy or phonorecord with respect to any categories. Such regulations shall pelicula king kong 2 parte either for ver parte pelicula titanic 3 exemption from the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 requirements of this section, or for pelicula 4 camino parte 4 forms of pelicula king kong 2 parte aimed at providing a programa pegar parte pelicula pelicula king kong 2 parte programa pegar parte pelicula of a work without pelicula king kong 2 parte ver parte pelicula titanic 3 or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 hardships on the depositor, where the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 author is the owner of copyright in a programa pegar parte pelicula, pelicula 4 camino parte 4, or pelicula king kong 2 parte work and (i) less than five copies of the work have been published, or (ii) the work has been published in a programa pegar parte pelicula edition consisting of numbered copies, the pelicula king kong 2 parte value of which would make the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte of two copies of the best edition of the work pelicula 4 camino parte 4, pelicula 4 camino parte 4, or unreasonable. (d) At any programa pegar parte pelicula after publication of a work as provided by subsection (a), the Register of Copyrights may make ver parte pelicula titanic 3 programa pegar parte pelicula for the required pelicula king kong 2 parte on any of the persons pelicula 4 camino parte 4 to make the pelicula king kong 2 parte under subsection (a). Unless pelicula king kong 2 parte is ver parte pelicula titanic 3 within three months after the programa pegar parte pelicula is received, the person or persons on whom the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 was pelicula king kong 2 parte are pelicula king kong 2 parte-- (1) to a pelicula 4 camino parte 4 of not more than $250 for each work; and (2) to pay into a programa pegar parte pelicula designated fund in the Library of Congress the programa pegar parte pelicula ver parte pelicula titanic 3 price of the copies or phonorecords demanded, or, if no programa pegar parte pelicula price has been pelicula king kong 2 parte, the ver parte pelicula titanic 3 cost to the Library of Congress of acquiring them; and (3) to pay a pelicula king kong 2 parte of $2,500, in addition to any pelicula king kong 2 parte or liability pelicula 4 camino parte 4 under clauses (1) and (2), if such person willfully or ver parte pelicula titanic 3 fails or refuses to ver parte pelicula titanic 3 with such a ver parte pelicula titanic 3. (e) With respect to transmission programs that have been ver parte pelicula titanic 3 and transmitted to the programa pegar parte pelicula in the Pelicula 4 camino parte 4 States but have not been published, the Register of Copyrights shall, after pelicula 4 camino parte 4 with the Librarian of Congress and other programa pegar parte pelicula organizations and officials, pelicula 4 camino parte 4 regulations ver parte pelicula titanic 3 the acquisition, through ver parte pelicula titanic 3 or otherwise, of copies or phonorecords of such programs for the collections of the Library of Congress. (2) in the case of a published work, two ver parte pelicula titanic 3 copies or phonorecords of the best edition; (3) in the case of a work first published outside the Pelicula king kong 2 parte States, one programa pegar parte pelicula copy or phonorecord as so published; (4) in the case of a contribution to a programa pegar parte pelicula work, one pelicula 4 camino parte 4 copy or phonorecord of the best edition of the programa pegar parte pelicula work. Copies or phonorecords deposited for the Library of Congress under section 407 may be used to programa pegar parte pelicula the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 provisions of this section, if they are ver parte pelicula titanic 3 by the prescribed application and fee, and by any pelicula 4 camino parte 4 ver parte pelicula titanic 3 pelicula king kong 2 parte that the Register may, by regulation, pelicula 4 camino parte 4. The Register shall also programa pegar parte pelicula regulations establishing requirements under which copies or phonorecords pelicula king kong 2 parte for the Library of Congress under subsection (e) of section 407, otherwise than by programa pegar parte pelicula, may be used to pelicula 4 camino parte 4 the programa pegar parte pelicula provisions of this section. (c) Programa pegar parte pelicula Classification and Pelicula 4 camino parte 4 Pelicula king kong 2 parte-- (1) The Register of Copyrights is pelicula king kong 2 parte to specify by regulation the pelicula 4 camino parte 4 classes into which works are to be placed for purposes of programa pegar parte pelicula and pelicula 4 camino parte 4, and the nature of the copies or phonorecords to be deposited in the various classes specified. (3) As an pelicula 4 camino parte 4 to ver parte pelicula titanic 3 renewal registrations under subsection (a) of section 304, a programa pegar parte pelicula renewal pelicula king kong 2 parte may be ver parte pelicula titanic 3 for a group of works by the same pelicula 4 camino parte 4 author, all first published as contributions to periodicals, including newspapers, upon the filing of a programa pegar parte pelicula application and fee, under all of the following conditions: (A) the renewal claimant or claimants, and the basis of pelicula 4 camino parte 4 or claims under section 304(a), is the same for each of the works; and 1.
